First Stage (1-12 weeks)

Third Stage: (28-40 Weeks)

During this period, you need to stay in touch with doctors to avoid the trauma of unforeseen health hazards.

 

How Does Everyday Life Change Due To Pregnancy?

Give up Bad Habits

Give up alcohol, smoking and even more drugs if you want to have a healthy baby. These are the causes of congenital malformations and diseases.

Food

Everything that you eat is absorbed by the kid. So, avoid harmful meals and fast food. In the daily diet, take all trace elements, natural vitamins.

Sleep & Wakefulness

Avoid extensive physical activities as far as possible. This does not mean that everything is prohibited. Take rest with mild physical exertion. Do not lift the weight as it can cause a placental abruption, miscarriage, premature birth.

Get Ready for Medical Emergencies

There are situations from which neither you nor anyone else is immune. Some emergency medical situations are:

  • Contractions are too painful or the uterus does not relax during the rest period and
  • Deterioration of general well-being: dizziness, changes in blood pressure, etc.

When the respiratory system is developed in a child, he/she turn over in the uterus upside down. In this period, the baby grows up to 300-400g per week. So, during the pregnancy period, the total weight of the fetus reaches up to 3 to 4 kg.

Normal delivery takes place between 38 to 40 weeks. However, the exact timing of childbirth is quite different for different ladies. The main thing is that you should go to hospital for regular check-up, pay attention to the doctor’s advice and implement them regularly.

  • It becomes easier to breathe, since the fetal head is inserted into the small pelvis,

  • There is a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen, in the lower back,
  • A couple of days before the birth itself, a mucus plug comes out of the genital tract,
  • From the nipples is allocated colostrum and
  • Occurrence of regular fights.

Contractions begin for several seconds with a long break. Gradually, the rest time is shortened, and the time of contractions increases. Pregnancy lasts 9 calendar or 10 obstetric months for which the average duration is 280 days from the first day of the last menstruation to childbirth.
