To help you out, we have compiled some amazing health-related changes that you can make in just a few steps.

1. Add virgin oil to your diet

Adding virgin oil to the food you eat will help you lose weight. In addition to that, it will also help moisturize your lips. On top of these, there are many more health benefits that you can get out of it. This is indeed one simple modification but an amazing investment if you want to have a stellar health.

2. Start drinking at least 2 liters of water per day

Not only does water quench thirst but it is also very important for the cells to work. Staying hydrated helps your body function effectively. Not only that, it also helps flush out most of the toxins and is considered the most natural yet effective systemic cleanser. So drinking water often can definitely lead to some amazing results plus it is inexpensive and not so hard to do.

3. Eat garlic

Eating garlic may not be very exciting but it definitely is something you may consider in your diet. Many of us are very much aware of how it lowers down blood pressure and prevent heart ailments but little did we know that it also may help lower body weight. A recent study on mice has shown that adding some garlic on the food has lowered the rodent’s weight and stored fats. The logic then is, if it worked on mice then perhaps it would do the same on humans. So why not try some “stinking rose” and see the miracle it can do on your “stinking weight”.

4. Use Turmeric

Turmeric is a natural product created from the root of a plant in the mint family. For the longest time, this has been used in the Ayurvedic medicine and has been praised for the health wonders it does. This basic Indian food ingredient is very efficient to use being available most grocery stores in town.

5. Stop eating canned food

While some canned foods like corn, tomatoes, beans etc. are not really harmful to health, majority of them or, well, these products in general should totally be avoided. First up, most of these are high in sodium and MSG. Sodium, though a vital element in maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance should not be consumed in high amount due to its effect in increasing the blood pressure and increased body water retention. MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) on the other hand is a known “silent killer” that enhances food flavors but also causes serious illnesses by over exciting the cells. While MSG gives you the taste you desire in foods, one adverse effect of it is also obesity.

6. Sleep Properly

If you want to lose weight fast, you need to avoid sleep deprivation. Instead, you should sleep for at least 7-8 hours per night. If you think that stress from lack of snooze can make you slim then think again. Studies revealed that being sleep deprived, the stress hormone cortisol also increases leading you to have an increased appetite. So the equation will be: Less sleep plus increased appetite is equal to obesity.

7. Find a diet that suits you

Every person is unique not only in personality but also on diet needs. Since we all have different body built, appetite and lifestyle, the kind of diet that can make us lose weight may also differ from one another. If you are considering intermittent diet, then think first of what your daily schedule is and activity and ponder if this is something that you can keep up with. Losing a good amount of weight does not happen overnight, it has a process that you need to abide with religiously.

8. Stop eating so much sugar

Sure, sugar makes foods heaven to taste but it also can make a lot of difference in terms of your body weight. 9. Avoid drinking soda

Sweetened beverages do not fill you up like the naturally sweetened foods so you tend to take in more to satisfy yourself without realizing that you have actually taken in so much more than what your body just needs.  If anything, you should replace soda with water- way cheaper but totally much more healthy.

10. Eat smaller portion

This is a pretty non-depriving diet. You can have your breakfast, lunch, dinner and even snacks but on a limited amount. Doing this will make you see that you can shed quite a lot of pounds pretty fast. Smaller plates and smaller portions will help you satiate your hunger with less food.

11. Lessen Coffee Intake

Coffee is very much addictive and you will love to have a cup after another at different times of the day. This is not much of a problem if you do not add a lot sugar and creamer but once you do, you are only piling up those calories which are something you’d hate to have if you want that lean, toned down figure.
